My goal is to help kids grow as soccer players, teammates and as individuals. My focus is on preparing for the future while enjoying and living in the moment. I believe soccer should be FUN and that winning comes as a result of working hard, being great teammates and doing things the right way. I believe that players thrive in an environment where they are valued, where they are taught and given the tools to succeed, where there are clear, high expectations and freedom to make mistakes that lead to growth.

• How or who got you started up in soccer:
  My Dad was a high school coach so my very first memories were running the sidelines for his teams and riding the bus to away games- I couldn't wait for my opportunity to play!
