Performance Coach

Konstantin grey is an in-house Strength & Conditioning Performance Coach for CO Elevation FC. He works with Elevation players over the off-season to build strength and stability, speed and agility, endurance and conditioning, mobility and recovery as well as educating players on their proper body mechanics, diet and maintenance.

  • If my player's team is participating in this program, do we have the option to opt out?

    No. This program is designed to supplement player development and growth on designated teams so players can keep up with the level of play with reducing injury risk.

  • How many sessions is the program?

    The program is designed to give all teams 10 sessions with 8 sessions being over the off season and 2 sessions being maintanence in the season.

  • How much does the program cost?

    Players will be charged $60-75 to cover 10 sessions.
