CO Elevation FC presents a Winter Elite Futsal training and league lead by Dusan Jakica, former U.S. Futsal National Team Head Coach and Ricardo Guerra, Elevation's Girls U11-U14 Director. For more information on both coaches, go to our Elevation Coaches tab and read up on their bios.

Registration

This is a 10-week program that allows for team registrations or individual registrations. Referee fees are included. Early registration ends Sept 30th and regular program registration ends Nov 26th.

Team Registration Process ($900, early registration: $850):

Form a roster of 10 players max, must be all girls or all boys.
A designated team manager will need to register once for the entire team. Select the Team Registration option.
Soon after registration, the designated team manager will need to divide the total cost amongst the number of players on the team (10 players max) and collect their fees individually.
After registration, more information on the training & league will come.

Individual Registration Process ($90, early registration: $80):

This option is available for players who want to play, but have no team yet.
Select the Individual Player Registration option.
Soon after registration, we will place you on an available team and notify you once completed.
After registration, more information on the training & league will come.

No refunds

Training and game days & times are designated by Dusan and Ricardo (no weekend games or training)

Out-of-club teams and players are welcome to register!

FAQs

Q: Can the club register and invoice inner club teams?
A: No. If registering a team, a designated team manager needs to submit one registration for the entire team and later or prior to registration collect fees from those on the 10-man roster. If registering an individual player, just submit one registration per player.

Q: Are out-of-club teams and or players welcome to participate?
A: Yes! We encourage out-of-club teams and or players to participate if interested. The more the merrier!

Q: When will training and game schedules come out?
A: Once registration closes, training and game schedules will be communicated out by Dusan and Ricardo by November 30, 2023. Communication will be sent to the designated team managers of the registered teams. Individual player registrations will have already been assigned a team by this point and the team manager of the team they were assigned will also be notified in order to share out the communicated training and game schedules to that player as well.

Q: Can girls play on a boy's team or boys on a girl's teams?
A: No. Teams will be all girls or boys teams. Should a player identify as a male or female, then they can play with their identified team.

Q: Are refunds given should a team or player not be able to commit to the program no longer?
A: No. Refunds will not be given, so please be sure your player and or team are 100% in before committing to the registration. Should a player experience an injury of some sort before the program begins, we can grant a special exemption.

Q: If we have conflicts with the game or training schedule, who should we contact to coordinate a reschedule?
